Please note: The following will result in red flags and will put a freeze on your account:
--- 2x returned laptop damaged on borrowers fault;
--- 3x auto cancellations;
--- 3x overdue returns of a laptop three days or less;
--- 2x overdue returns of a laptop more than 3 days.
